It's been a long time. Looks like I haven't blogged in over two years. My small group guys would call that an "Epic Fail." New news: Collin Michael Kastrounis was born 6 days ago.

Our first morning home from the hospital Collin and I had a man-to-man over eggs and sausage.
"Son, unlike most meats, when you cook sausage in a pan there is no need to add butter for flavor or to keep the sausage from sticking to the pan."
He looked at me and shook his head as if to say, "Dad, is that really what you want to talk to me about during our first breakfast together?"
He'll learn.
